EMANUEL'S CHURCH COUNCIL
The Church Council serves the congregation by leading its ministry and mission and carrying out the business of the congregation. Council meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, the Executive Council meets the first Wednesday, and congregation committees meet the third Wednesday.
